A multitude of adjectives can be used to describe Patrick; a one of a kind man. Most people would describe him as generous, athletic, loving and as a sports fanatic. Those who were blessed to know him intimately would also include, a devout catholic, brave, heroic, honest, trustworthy, patriotic and proud. Patrick kept the love for his wife, Barbara, and all his family members first in his heart. He taught his children and grandchildren to love, work hard and be grateful for the simple pleasures in life. He could find a great deal of happiness by doing things that others might consider ordinary. Patrick was content reading a newspaper, attending a ball game, watching sports on television as well as enjoying a meal, a drink and a strawberry parfait. His natural wit and unique use of the English language will keep our heavenly family entertained as he did for us on earth.
